SHIPPING POLICY
At Beauty Bliss, we're committed to getting your premium skincare and beauty essentials to you quickly and safely.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: during high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your order:
- Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days, cost calculated at checkout
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days, cost calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on all US orders over $50
All orders include tracking information once dispatched.
International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations via DHL and USPS. Delivery times vary by location and customs processing:
- Standard International: 7–14 business days
- Express International: 3–7 business days
Shipping costs and available options will be displayed at checkout. Note: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country.
Temperature-Sensitive Products Some of our skincare products contain active ingredients that may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. During summer and winter months, we recommend selecting express shipping to minimize exposure to heat or cold during transit.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Delays Beauty Bliss is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. However, we'll do our best to assist if your package experiences delays.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all:
- Please contact us immediately at support@beautyblissshop.shop with your order number and photos (if applicable)
- We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
Wrong Address Disclaimer Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
