Return & Exchange Policy

At Beauty Bliss, we want you to love every product you purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Eligible Returns

Unopened skincare products in original packaging
Unused beauty tools with all protective coverings intact
Products with manufacturing defects (opened or unopened)
Items damaged during shipping

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used skincare products (serums, cleansers, masks, body care)
Products with broken seals or missing hygiene stickers
Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service team at support@beautyblissshop.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange products for a different size, variant, or item of equal value. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we'll cover return shipping for exchanges within the US.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
